Truck Hire Ielts Listening: A1 Moving

“A1 Moving Truck Hire, this is David speaking. How can I help?”

“Yes, full UK licence.”

“Sure. Name, postcode, and the last four digits of your licence number.” The bed frame was still in the van outside

Her heart sank. She had just moved her entire flat into a storage unit yesterday using her friend’s van, but the bed frame wouldn’t fit. Now she had one hour to return the van and still needed to move the bed. She dialled the number from the leaflet stuck to her fridge.

“No—thanks, David.”
