Delphi Ds150e Firmware Update — Failed

We all know the feeling. You plug in your trusty (or cheap, Chinese clone) Delphi DS150E, fire up the software, and that little pop-up appears: “New firmware available.”

If you can’t recover it via the USB boot pins, the FTDI chip (or the STM32) might actually be fried. At that point, buy a new one—they cost less than a pizza these days.
