The TX125 typically has no LCD screen → factory reset is done via software.
If your TX125 shows “Service Required” or flashing error lights (usually ink and paper lights flashing alternately), the waste ink pad counter is full. Note: Physically replacing the pads is recommended, but resetting the counter can temporarily clear the error.
A Windows PC (the software is often Windows-only) and the WIC Reset Utility or AdjProg (Adjustment Program) .
