I've encountered what looks like a in the Wooded Kingdom – specifically near the Iron Road challenge. After using a few moon warps and clipping OOB with a save editor, Mario gets stuck in a falling loop but never dies or respawns. The music continues, but inputs are dead (except Home button). Thanks
