Many early access games fumble the ending. Seeding City does not. The "Completed" tag is earned. The finale is a breathtaking convergence of every side plot, where the three primary factions (the Purists who want natural birth, the Synthetics who want AI-guided evolution, and the Nomads who want to open the dome) force you to make a final "Harvest" decision.
