Released exclusively in Japan for the PlayStation 3 and PS4 in 2014, Ishin! is a samurai-themed spin-off set in the Bakumatsu era. It features the series' beloved characters (like Kiryu as the historical swordsman Sakamoto Ryoma) in a gritty, blood-soaked retelling of Japanese history.
